"Automatically Collected" Information: When you access the Star Stream Service or open one of our HTML emails, we may automatically record certain information from your system by using cookies and other types of tracking tools. We may also obtain information from third parties such as social media or social network platforms regarding your use of such services, including information about your use of the content you choose to broadcast through the Star Stream Service. If you access your Star Stream account through a third-party connection or log-in (like Google, Facebook, Apple, or LinkedIn), Star Stream receives and stores information about your account from that service for authentication purposes. This information could include your email address, username, user ID associated with your account (for example, your Facebook UID), profile picture, and any other basic account info you've made publicly available. Additionally we may store your Facebook friends list and LinkedIn connections to recommend others to you or to recommend your account or content to others. You should always review and adjust your privacy settings on third-party services you have permitted to access your account, like Google, Facebook or LinkedIn. You may also revoke the access to individual services by visiting a corresponding third party service page. If you unlink your third party account, we will no longer receive information collected about you in connection with that service, but you’ll be unable to access your Star Stream account through that third-party service.
If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the Star Stream Services, we use your personal information to operate, maintain and provide to you the general and personalised features and functionality of the Star Stream Service and to process any flagging activity or correspondence you send to us.

We may use your connected account's information and applicable permission to perform actions such as, but not limited to: "connecting", "subscribing", "following", or "liking" only to or on the official Star Stream accounts associated with your connected social media or social network platform.
We use cookies and log file information to: monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; and (e) track your entries, submissions and status in promotions or other activities.

This section describes the privacy practices specific to the Star Stream iOS application ("App").
Location Data
The App collects precise GPS location data to display your position on the map and record course/route information during your sessions. Location data may be collected in the background when you enable continuous recording. This data is stored locally on your device and transmitted to your Star Stream devices for overlay generation.
Device Information
The App collects device identifiers to facilitate communication between your iPhone/iPad and Star Stream hardware devices (TelemetryBox Pro, StreamBox Pro) on your local network.
Bluetooth Data
The App uses Bluetooth to perform initial WiFi configuration of your TelemetryBox devices. Bluetooth is only active during the device setup process.
Health and Biometric Data
If you connect a heart rate monitor or other biometric sensor to your TelemetryBox, the App may display and record this data for telemetry overlay purposes. This data is processed locally and on your Star Stream devices.
Telemetry Data
The App receives and displays vehicle telemetry data (speed, RPM, temperatures, etc.) from your TelemetryBox. This data is transmitted over your local network and sent to the Star Stream cloud.

All data collected by the Star Stream App is owned entirely by you, the end user. Star Stream does not claim any ownership rights to your telemetry, location, biometric, or any other data generated through your use of the App.

Privacy Controls
You can protect your data by marking it as private within the App. Private data is not visible to others and remains secured on your devices.
Support Access
If you require technical support that involves accessing your data, Star Stream will request your explicit approval before accessing any of your information. We will never access your data without your prior consent.

The App does not share your personal data with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
